1/2 cup (3 ounces) Wisconsin Blue Cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
3 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
In small bowl, beat together cheese, sour cream and seasonings until well-blended. Stir in onion and cucumbers, cover and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, arrange lettuce on serving platter. Place tomatoes on lettuce. Spoon Blue Cheese mixture over tomatoes.
