The winter issue of Grate. Pair. Share., WMMB's online magazine, invites readers nationwide to bring a taste of Wisconsin to their holiday tables. The issue features striking photography, seasonal recipes, tips for pairings, and much more. Since its introduction in 2012, the magazine has received more than 10 million consumer impressions.
America's Dairyland...Cheesiest Foods
Wisconsinites seem to find a way to work cheese into every meal, so Discover Wisconsin—America's Dairyland scoured the state in search of our cheesiest foods. From Mac & Cheese to Melted Cheese Fondue, Beer Cheese Soup and the quintessential favorite—the grilled cheese sandwich—all will be featured on "America's Dairyland—Wisconsin's Cheesiest Foods," airing November 16-17 on local TV stations.

Did You Know?...Wisconsin Dairy Council
Did you know....The Wisconsin Dairy Council (WDC), the nutrition education arm of WMMB, has six regional program managers located throughout Wisconsin who work with school foodservice staff and teachers to encourage Wisconsin students to drink milk with every school meal. WDC staff also works with Wisconsin's Alice in Dairyland and state media outlets to educate Wisconsin residents about the role of dairy products in a healthy diet.
Mmmm...Delicious Grilled Cheese Ideas
Nothing is more satisfying during these cool fall days than a delicious grilled cheese sandwich. The site also includes our new

Do the Moo Cow
The Wisconsin Dairy Council has a new song-and-dance video to engage elementary school teachers and students with a quick and easy reminder to choose dairy three times a day. The hip-hop Moo Cow video is a fun and engaging way to promote the health benefits of milk and encourage 60 minutes of activity every day. This downloadable video also can be used at local dairy events and farm tours with kids of all ages.

Oct. 7 - Pizza Month: See how Jack's Pizza makes the most of locally made Mozzarella cheese; Oct. 14 - Fuel Up to Play 60: Some dedicated school kids are rewarded with a trip to the Hutson Center in Green Bay; Oct. 21 - Cheesemongers: Cheesemongers are putting their cheese knowledge to the test at ACS; Oct. 28 - Food Trucks: Mobile food carts and trucks are offering delicious Wisconsin cheese food choices.
