NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Policy/Bylaw Committee of the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, Inc. will meet beginning at 2:30 p.m. (or at the conclusion of the Channel Management Committee meeting) on Tuesday, September 8, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Madison West, 1109 Fourier Drive, Madison, WI  53717 (608-836-5822).  The following meeting agenda is proposed:

1. Call to Order and Roll Call
2. Review / Approval of Minutes of September 22, 2009 Meeting
3. Review of Board Policies Relative to:
   • Policy 1.2 – Officer Elections
   • Policy 3.0 – Per Diem and Travel Expenses
   • Policy 3.3 – Credit Card/Travel Agency Insurance
   • Policy 4.2 – Public Information and Confidential Records
   • Policy 14.2 – Audit Committee
   • Policy 14.2 – Policy Bylaw Committee
   • All Other Policies and Bylaws

4:30 p.m.  Adjournment*

Notice of a meeting of the Policy/Bylaw Committee also constitutes notice of a meeting of the entire WMMB Board of Directors.  However, only business of the Policy/Bylaw Committee will be conducted at this meeting.
