Sartori Celebrates Tradition with New Labels

Sartori Cheese has developed a series of new labels featuring a regal crest to celebrate four generations of fine cheesemaking. Each of the company’s three cheese categories has its own label.
Classic Sartori cheeses are defined as “absolute essentials for tasting the good life every day,” and include Classic Parmesan, Classic Fontina and Classic Asiago. The Limited Edition label signifies small-batch varietals inspired by the creative spirit of founder Paolo Sartori, such as Cognac BellaVitano® and Pastorale Blend®. Cheeses in the Sartori Reserve® portfolio include original creations such as BellaVitano, SarVecchio® and Dolcina® Gorgonzola.
New introductions to the Reserve line include Espresso BellaVitano, hand-rubbed with freshly roasted espresso, and Salsa Asiago, aged Asiago rubbed with sun-dried tomatoes, onions, garlic, ancho chiles and olive oil.
